Questions, answered plainly.

The questions home-service owners usually ask before joining.

Every owner starts with questions.
Who is this for?

Home-service business owners and one team member who will do the hands-on work with them. We are starting with home-service companies because that is where our lessons and examples are built.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Lessons start from how your business runs, not from technology. The team member who implements should be comfortable learning new tools.

What does the implementer do?

They follow the practical exercises, organize the knowledge base, and set up the assistant. The owner chooses the problems that matter and checks that the results are right.

What will we have after 30 days?

The cohort is planned to leave you with a mapped company (roles, customer journey, workflows, and tools), a first list of bottlenecks and improvements, and an AI assistant that works from your own company knowledge. How much you finish depends on the time your team puts in.

What is free, and what is paid?

The community is free: short lessons, examples and the launch event. Membership adds every course, one live training a week and the members' community group. The cohort is a separate paid program: one month, a focused build with set deliverables, and limited seats. Deep courses and team training are sold separately, with a member discount.

How much does membership cost?

Current membership pricing is shown when you join.

Can I add more people?

Yes. Membership covers the owner and one implementer. You can add more team members as extra seats.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract. Leave any time.

Do we have to share our data?

No raw data, passwords, or system access are needed to join. You decide what goes into your knowledge base.

How is team training different?

Membership is a group program. Team training is delivered to your team alone, online or on-site, and shaped around your company.

Can you build it for us?

Yes, through consulting. We scope the project with you after a discovery conversation.
