Information you provide
If you use the contact form, A-Type Research receives the name, company, email address, and message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation, protect the form from misuse, and maintain ordinary business records.
How the form works
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website's restricted inquiry database and sent to A-Type Research's business email through a form-delivery provider. Authorized website administrators may access the inquiry record. The site does not offer uploads, account connections, credentials, or access to your business systems.
Technical information
The hosting and form-delivery providers may process ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request time, browser information, and network identifiers. A-Type Research does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
Do not submit sensitive material
Do not send raw data, credentials, recordings, private communications, personal information, confidential documents, privileged material, medical information, or other restricted content through the public contact form or ordinary email.
Retention and disclosure
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We may use service providers to operate the website and business email, and may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your inquiry information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs, by contacting info@atyperesearch.com.
Security and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for the limited information this site collects, but no internet service is completely secure. We may update this notice as the site or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
